Hereford Contract Canning (HCC) Limited is pleased to announce it was acquired by Rutland Partners on 5 August 2019.
New Chief Executive Julian Aitken and Non-Executive Chairman Robert Leechman will be working closely with Richard Leach and the rest of the team in Hereford. A new Finance Director will be taking over from Sue Cottingham in due course, as Sue looks to concentrate on Corinthian Brands (CBL) Limited. John Hibberd and Paul Burton will be non-Executive Directors of the business and continue to be shareholders.
